Thierry Roland is a French House Producer/DJ from Toronto, Canada making some good music. Gaining influences from Daft Punk and other artists from the French House scene a year ago, he's made a couple of catchy tunes. The sampling is good and the energy is on point. I used one of his tracks at a party recently a got a good response form the crowd. Currently he's planning to release his first official EP this summer, along with a big music video. This house right here caught my eye because of the tranquility it generates. Located in Connecticut, US, the Lakewood House integrates into its surrounding landscape, and utilizes a closed-loop geothermal heating and cooling system, natural and local materials, and passive solar design. Set in a pine forest near a still lake, this rustic house stages a friendly argument between the built and the natural worlds. Architecture by Centerbrook Architects and Planners.
