Chalkidos Street Residence

Armon Choros Architects have designed the Chalkidos Residence in Larnaca, Cyprus. The architects were asked to produce an introverted residence, with an internal yard where the water would constitute the main element of the space. The architects were also tasked with making use of the south-east sun and the western air, as well as creating spaces that have height and light, but were also plain and hospitable to the art collection of the owner.

You're gonna get  some real interesting and colorful verses from T.Shirt this time around, over real underground, crazy-worldly beats. I hand-picked all the music and went to town on final mixes haha.

*We kick things off with 'Monday Massacre', you might have heard it a few months ago but you never heard the full mastered version. Do yourself a favor and get the official joint. If you never heard the song, it's a 'frighteningly' strong track which puts you right in the pocket of what we're thinking musically. Produced by Mr. Oizo and myself, ill rapper T.Shirt take you down to what sounds like an illegal dogfight in a London basement. Yeah, that's what the fuck we on right now. This song right here has been getting a lot of buzz on internet shows, music blogs and magazines. In honor of the release of the beautiful Sade's first album in over a decade, rapper T.Shirt wrote a song called 'Dear Sade'. In a recent post, he explains why he chose this song, "I use the song as a vehicle to explain how much Sade has influenced me to be a certain kind of artist. The woman had made classic, timeless music for the last 20 years and I thought I'd flirt little bit." And flirt he did. After massive internet downloads of the track, the song was picked up by Emilio Sparks New York Radio Show. Soon after, XXL Magazine posts the song on their XXL Bangers. From the looks of it, I feel this song will reach Sade pretty soon.

Clock Tower Penthouse In Brooklyn

This is the triplex penthouse of Brooklyn's ClockTower Building, where the most striking features are the four 14' clocks housed in gigantic round windows. The DUMBO building was built by a box manufacturer and renovated by DUMBO developer David Walentas. The approximately 6,400 square foot apartment is on the market for $25 million! In addition to the clocks and amazing views, the triplex features 16 foot ceilings on the main level and central glass elevator and floating staircase.
