Biomechanical Mic Stand

This custom-made mic stand was created by Chris Conte for Three Days Grace's lead signer Adam Gontier. The mic stand is constructed primarily of stainless steel. One part of the quick-release mechanism is made of brass. More works and info on artist Chris Conte here.

Leonardus is a Dutch producer making some great House music. I first heard of him 2 years ago on BBC Radio 1 and really liked his beats. After dropping a bunch of great remixes and originals, Leonardus has gained the respect and support of Laidback Luke, Treasure Fingers, and Hardsoul just to name a few. Currently he's DJing all over Europe and is dropping his Blue EP soon on Dust Traxx Chicago.

American Icon // Optimus Prime

This is one of my favorite robots. Great painting by Jason Brockert. The piece is from the American Icon series and looks nostalgically back on the good ol' childhood days. New Video // "Derezzed" - Daft Punk

MTV has premiered the new music video from Daft Punk called "Derezzed" for the upcoming Disney movie, Tron: Legacy. In the clip which I suspect was directed by Daft Punk themselves, the French duo enter Flynn's arcade to play a game of "Derezzed", whose machine is modeled after the cabinet seen in the original film, Tron (even the original Tron logo font is replicated). Upon playing the game, they're transported not to the world of Tron: Legacy, but rather the spartan virtual landscape of the classic Tron. Enjoy, I know I did! Located in Columbia County, New York, the concept of architecture was to develop a modern house within existing frame and extend the house to provide additional accommodations, kitchen, bathroom, exercise room with steam room and sauna. No restrictions were placed on the design except to respect the form of the original Dutch House. Architecture by Messana O'Rorke.
